We aim to reply within 24–48 hours.
During busy periods or new drops, it might take a little longer — but you will get a response.

If you haven’t heard back after 2 working days, feel free to send a follow-up. Sometimes emails slip into spam folders and we’d rather you nudge us than sit there wondering.


📦 Questions about orders

If you’re contacting us about an order, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A brief description of the issue

This helps us sort things faster without going back and forth.
